MANAGER 3000+ provides centralised supervisory control across a group of Climaveneta units, coordinating setpoints and operating sequences for the whole plant.
Smart Control Logics
MANAGER 3000+ runs advanced control logic to manage heating and cooling loads as efficiently and cost-effectively as possible:
- Load Balancing — cooling and heating demand is spread evenly across all available units, maximising efficiency during partial-load operation
- Load Saturation — each unit is run up to its maximum output before the next unit in sequence is activated, to meet total system demand
- Optimised Free Cooling — makes full use of available free-cooling capacity across all units; compressors are only activated once free-cooling capacity is exceeded, with standard mechanical chillers kept lowest in priority
Manage Complex Systems with Confidence
MANAGER 3000+ can coordinate up to 8 air-source and water-source units, automatically selecting the best sequencing for the plant’s demand. This keeps operation stable and reliable, meeting the strict uptime standards required in comfort and process cooling applications.
Access from Anywhere
A responsive interface makes MANAGER 3000+ easy to use from any web browser, on desktop, smartphone, or tablet. Sites can be accessed via Wi-Fi or LAN, so there’s no need to be physically in front of the unit’s electrical switchboard to check plant conditions.
Built-In Service Support
MANAGER 3000+ includes automated email notifications to Site Managers, Site Service & Maintenance teams, and Facility Managers — making service and maintenance activity faster and easier to coordinate.
