CVWALL2 is a versatile water-cooled air cooler built for high thermal loads in IT environments, particularly suited to Hyperscale and Colocation Data Centre installations. The range comprises 2 models in a horizontal-flow configuration, designed for indoor installation and optimised to handle high air flows and high outlet temperatures. A service-oriented design keeps every component easily accessible for routine and extraordinary maintenance, while dedicated control software gives operators visibility into unit status, system diagnostics, and trending data. An extensive accessories list allows the unit to adapt to real system requirements, reducing installation time and cost.

- Front access to all components requiring adjustment and routine maintenance
- Structural frame with hot-coated aluminium profiles (RAL 9005) and removable lateral and back panels
- Front-mounted electrical panel compartment for direct access to control and regulation devices
- Regenerable micro-pleated fibre air filters (ePM10 50% efficiency per UNI EN ISO 16890), accessible from the front
- Plug-fan section with backward-inclined blades and brushless EC (Electronically Commutated) motors, offering continuous rotation speed variation via microprocessor-controlled signal
- Water cooling coil with copper tubes and high-efficiency aluminium fins, plus a motorised 2-way valve for regulating water flow through the exchanger
- Electrical panel compliant with EN60204-1, suitable for indoor installation, with main switch(es), door-lock safety, fan-protection fuses, auxiliary circuit transformer, and microprocessor
- Microprocessor control system for monitoring operating and alarm status, with provision for additional connectivity board housing
